Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck look comfy and laid back in a new $64 million home

Jennifer Lopez looked comfy and chic while meeting entrepreneurs at her and husband Ben Affleck’s new $64 million mansion.

The “Let’s Get Loud” singer, 53, and the “Good Will Hunting” actor, 50, toured the Pacific Palisades compound on Saturday.

Lopez opted for a pair of light blue baggy cargo pants with pockets. She completed the understated look with a white turtleneck and brown boots, with her hair styled in a messy bun.

Her Oscar-winning husband also opted for comfort in an orange flannel coat over a black top, with dark wash jeans and colorful Nike Air Jordan sneakers.

Photos show the couple touring the property with their phones and what appeared to be an iPad in their hands.

The lavish California home sits on 1.13 acres and features 8 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a gym, movie theater, game room, elevator, and a huge backyard with its own pool and fire pit. According to The Post, Affleck and Lopez moved to the property after pulling out of escrow from a nearby $34.5 million home earlier this month.

It offers plenty of room for the couple’s blended family: Lopez shares 15-year-old twins Emme and Max with ex-husband Marc Anthony, while Affleck shares Seraphina, 17, Violet, 14, and Samuel, 11 years old, with his ex-wife Jennifer Garner.

The ‘Maid In Manhattan’ star recently paid tribute to her children with a heartwarming message shared via Instagram on their 15th birthday – with their stepdad making an appearance.

“Happy birthday to my beautiful and shiny coconuts 🥥🥥. I’m so proud of you two in every way,” Lopez captioned the video.

“You bring so much joy and happiness to my heart and soul. I love you beyond eternity.”

One of the snaps from the Instagram reel, which was to the tune of Taylor Swift’s “Fifteen,” showed Max asleep on Affleck’s shoulders.

After Lopez’s marriage to Anthony ended, the singer moved on with Alex Rodriguez in 2017. However, she ended her engagement to the retired Yankee in 2021 and quickly moved on to Affleck – again.

The “Gigli” co-stars first dated from 2002 to 2004, and were even engaged. After their rekindled romance, Affleck popped the question to Lopez for the second time in April 2022.

The couple tied the knot in Las Vegas in July of that year and said “I do” for the second time in Georgia last August.

Since merging their families, Lopez said the “emotional transition” has been a “dream come true.”

“It has been a phenomenal year. Like, my best year, I think, since having my kids,” she said on the “Today” show in January.
