Kristen Doute breaks down the exact moment Ariana Madix found out Tom Sandoval was cheating on her with Raquel Leviss.

The “Vanderpump Rules” alum shared on Thursday’s episode of his “Sex, Love and What Else Matters” podcast that the band attended Sandoval’s cover band concert on March 1 in West Hollywood, Calif. , the night the drama and heartbreak unfolded.

“I was actually with Ariana and Tom that night – we were watching her band play at TomTom,” she recalled. “He finished playing, and we all got up to chat and have a drink.

“All of a sudden I realize that Ariana left – it must have been like 20 minutes or something – because she left her coat and purse.”

Doute, 40, said after she couldn’t find Madix, 37, she learned the truth about what Sandoval, also 40, had done.

“So what happened was during Tom’s performance his phone fell out of his pocket and one of their mutual friends picked up the phone and handed it to Ariana,” he said. she continued.

“The real truth is Ariana had her phone, and she told me she just had a hunch to look at it.”

Although she called Sandoval and Madix a “trustworthy couple”, Doute said the Something About Her co-owner “felt like she had to watch” – and sources told Page Six that she had found a video of Leviss masturbating on FaceTime with Sandoval.

In light of the fallout, Doute said Madix “isn’t doing well,” adding, “She’s numb and she’s sad.”

Madix hasn’t spoken publicly about her subsequent breakup or her ex-boyfriend’s infidelity, but Sandoval and Leviss have released several statements about their illicit relationship since it hit the headlines on March 3.

In an Instagram post, Leviss, 28, blamed the affair on his “addiction” to love. The former pageant queen later admitted she was looking after Sandoval, but insisted she was more focused on her recovery than their romance in the wake of the controversy.

Fans also lambasted the Schwartz & Sandy co-owner’s initial statement for failing to mention Madix, so he posted a second a day later.

“I can only imagine how devastating this has been for Ariana and everyone around us. I feel truly awful about this,” Sandoval wrote.

“My biggest regret is that I disgraced Ariana. I never wanted to disappoint so many people, including our loving families and friends.
