Raquel Leviss is taking action against her ‘Vanderpump Rules’ co-stars who may have obtained a recording of her intimate FaceTime session with Tom Sandoval that ended her relationship with Ariana Madix.
Leviss has asked her attorneys to send a legal letter to cast members imploring them to delete the video and stop sending it, as the 28-year-old claims it was recorded “illegally at her without his knowledge or consent,” TMZ reported Tuesday.
Lawyers for Leviss cited a California law against revenge porn, which makes it a crime to invade someone’s privacy by distributing “non-consensual pornography.”
Although the letter specifically demands that the video not be released, it would not state that Sandoval, 39, recorded it.
Lawyers ordered anyone in possession of the recording to promptly delete it from their phone, the cloud, or “any other manner or method in which the recording may exist,” according to the outlet.
Neither Leviss’ representative nor his attorney immediately returned Page Six’s requests for comment.
Page Six reported last Friday that Madix, 37, discovered that Leviss and Sandoval had been having an affair for “several months” after seeing the sexually explicit video on her phone.
A source told Us that Madix was “heartbroken” as she had “no idea there were any issues” in her nearly decade-long relationship with the bar owner.
“Ariana was blindsided by cheating,” the source shared, adding that Madix and Sandoval had been “affectionate in public recently.”
The insider noted that Madix felt “betrayed” by Leviss, whom she considered a “friend.”
Although the cast of the Bravo show have expressed their outrage on social media, there will be more to come to television later this year as the cameras roll on the fallout from the case.

The network gave fans a behind-the-scenes look at James Kennedy filming a confessional on Monday for an upcoming episode. A clapperboard held in front of the DJ’s face revealed the scene was called “Scandoval” and would be part of the show’s ongoing 10th season.
“We have resumed filming on #PumpRules and this story will unfold on camera,” Bravo captioned the snapshot.
